super laggy when i punch someone or kill someone
why does this happen SOMETIMES and not all the time? how to fix?

Update graphics driver, make sure the game runs on dedicated graphics and not integrated graphics (NVIDIA Optimus and alike), and if its still doesn't work turn off Vsync.
