На загрузочном экране игра застывает, свернуть можно, но меню и сама игра не открываются
Помогите решить проблему)

• Hit "Windows + R";
  
• Type "dxdiag";
  
• When the application is done loading, click on "Save All Information...";
  
• Open the saved "DxDiag.txt" using Notepad;
