Soviet Assualt fix that works

I have found the solution. What you need to do is uninstall the base game and then install the soviet assualt expansion only. For some reason the two games dont work when both are installed but installing the expansion pack alone will allow you to play both campaigns. I hope this helps anyone playing the game.

you say "play both" campaigns, I just bought the "complete edition" and are not seeming to have any other campaign other than the soviet assault campaign, installed SA first, than WiC after, and running via steam either or initializes WiC:SA only.

Any advice, I'd like to play the original WiC campaign!!!

I bought the complete edition too, what i did was to uninstall all WIC and only install WICSA not WIC basic. For me this enabled me to play both the original campaign and the SA campaign together. If you want to just play the original WIC just install that and not the WICSA.

Why install SA only when there is a fix for both installed ?
Installing both (normaly) and trying my solutions don't work ?? (it's seems that work for everyone)

nah, I was already half way through trying to DL original WiC to see if the campaign was there/ different...which slightly yes it is, when you made youre reply.

Installing both worked for me, as in giving me access to the campaign + the new implemented SA missions, I however was under the impression that WiC n WiC:SA campaigns were seperate, not just a couple added to original.

People keep saying to install SA first, I reallly want to play the soviet campaign ! When I uninstall both then install SA, it tries to install WiC while I try to launch SA Please help!

For the love of God they're played as one campaign, people! The opening mission in Berlin is the first Soviet Assault mission, the next is the first original mission. The Soviet "campaign" is six levels spread chronologically throughout the main campaign. They're fully integrated, so just install whichever executable you want to run them through, because they're both exactly the same. Enjoy.

Thanks i can now play singleplayer and multiplayer online without any problem.
But another problem is that after i download that soviet assault files i notice the size is 7gb but when i try to back up that game files, it's only back up 1gb only? and i try to restore it's only 20% and another download again.
