it was on sale over the holidays/Christmas, but at like 10% off I think? I do have enough to buy this but I'm like as other people mention have a feeling it will go on sale after I purchase it.

It's been cheaper. The holiday offer has been 18.75 €, while the regular price seems to be 27.99 €.

Either you should have bought it during the winter sale or wait until the summer sale (you might be lucky to find it as daily mid-week or weekend sale sometime too)
