Why game cannot be saved?

I bought the game a week ago and so far no luck with it.

I tried to save the game but the 'Data' option in the menu is always disabled.

I tried to delete it in steam client, and re-installed it a few times, but still the same.

Any suggestions? I am using Windows7 and I think the steam client is most up to date.

By the way, where can I find customer service? Maybe I should just ask for a refund and get it somewhere else instead of spending too much effort on it.

It automatically saves data when you leave. Test it.

I did test. Every time I saved the game, exit it. Then next time when I 'start' again, it starts from the very beginning.

Anyway, I asked for a refund. It just has been too much hassle to just play a game.

Oh ok, I didn't encounter this myself, but surely others did. Try looking it up!
