(Code - Weapons) Lists of Weapons not benefiting from the Riktpunkt Magnifier Gadget

While it seems the rule of thumb is any weapons that can use scopes can benefits from this gadget, there are still some exception with weapons missing it. While it would be excusable for the Kobus and Jacket’s piece to not have this gadget due to the limitations of their rails, the other weapons below have all « realistic » requirements to get the gadget.
