Alien was intended to be as strong as 3 marines; if you notice a faulty in thinking here, feel free go let me know. It doesn’t apply to bots as, in any game, a skilled player can beat any number of bots. Other interesting combinations against bots are -as marine, play 5 marines (including you) vs 2 alien bots. -as alien, play 4 marines vs 1 alien (you)...

There is feedback which requires huge amount of work and I can't promise it'll be implemented. But there is second type of feedback, about which I simply didn't know at the time of creating the game, which usually takes 30 minutes to implement-and getting that is of huge value for me.
