Multiplayer not Working? PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to join a online game and it says "Cannot reach the Matchmaking Server", and i also get that message when i try to create an online game. This needs fixing badly cause i've just bought some DLCs and the All Access Pass for this game and i dont want to waste my money! and Private match does'nt work as well. It says to open UDP Port 25002 but i have no idea how to do that, i have a NetGear Router if that helps. Multiplayer has been down since Christmas Day, its was working before on Christmas Eve. Please Fix Devs!!!!!!

Ok eveybody, if you open your UDP port 25002 on your router then 'Private Match' should work for inviting your friends, but random players still will not be able to join you because that uses the 'Matchmaking server' which is currently broken. Guide for doing this below:
