Saving Campaigns?
I remeber reading on the forum sometime that there is a way to copy your campaign file as a .ugs i think and reload it later, I never really considered it but now im on the very last scenario of my campaign which is Taifun. I would hate to just have on crack at it and lose my whole campaign. Although i can beat Taifun, it seems like its on of those where a lucky break either way could be the difference.
Does anyone know how to do the backup?

I'd like to know this as well?

Did you mean saving your progress not to start again the whole campaign every time? If "yes", there the only way is to exit to the campaign screen and press restart button to your nearly lost scenario (not full campaign!).
PS. I know that this topic is old but here is another player(hennet86) asking the same question so it may be usefull for others aswell.

I think OP means saving his progress in the black turn campaign while playing another campaign for a while. I would like to know this as well. Seems like a major oversight to have no save game function.

No, you can't play two campaigns simultaneously. And can't even save your progress after ending one campaign and must rewrite that "the only mythical saving slot".

When starting a campaign, the game will manage to create a file path with the saved game files.

You can browse the path via Main Menu if you click "Load Game" and then "Open Saved Games Folder".

Alternatively, browse in windows explorer the following path: C:\Users\YourUserXYZABC\AppData\Roaming\Unity of Command\save

Backup old campaign saved files folders and simply subistitute them to this directory in order to have them loaded in the ingame interface.

Happy Campaign saving :german::soviet::wololo:
