Game always runs in fullscreen
game is always stuck running in fullscreen even after changing in the settings

Are you on Windows 8? I think the game doesn't work correctly in Windows 8 so we're kinda screwed now... The game's resolution was fine in Windows 7.

I'm not running windows 8. It just that the settings of the game constantly reset after the game is started

Running on a Mac, and any time i hit the button for non fullscreen, it glitches and immediately to returns to full screen. Problem is, the game is super glitchy in regards to wide screen systems.
