Why can't Steam make this game visible?

Why can't Steam make this game visible, as if I bought it from Steam Store?
When I go to the Store page of this game, it looks like I don't have it on my account.
Although, my version of the game is activated by key, and is called RHCP, Steam store offers same game(RHCP) to buy from them. Why is my game invisible and will the DLC's work, if I buy them?

Same here. Effing regional restrictions.
I cannot recommend this game to my friends etc.
And when I visit "Dishonored" page in Steam Store, it doesn't show me green block with "you already have this game".
That suxx.

It doesn't even show the cover picture in my libary... dunno why, maybe because I have the RHCP version of the game?

Anyways, it's strange...

I actually had the same thing but i recently checked Dishonored page on steam and it showed that i already own the game, still can't write review or suggest it though(

this game is actually no longer in store :( but if i visit this verion: http://store.steampowered.com/app/205100/ it shows that i already have it,but same like u i cannot write reveiwe. That propably bcoz is no longer in the store
