Ghost achievement.

Tell me please, can I get a ghost achievement if wolfhounds get alerted? For exmaple I snipe the overseer with a sleep dart, but the dog sees it. Can not do it without alerting one of them.

Hounds count towards detection, if they turn red it means you were discovered, but I am not sure if you will be detected if they just see you shoot their master but don't see you.

Basically as long as the dog doesn't have the red alert mark (only grey marks), you are fine.
