Moving objects?

This feels like a really silly issue, but I have to admit that I'm stumped. I've been trying to move the decrepit boards out of the way for a while now, but they won't move--the hand icon appears, but nothing I do seems to move them. Help?

Click on them, hold down on the mouse button, and drag them to the side.

That's what I was doing... I'll try again today; maybe my game just glitched last night or something.

It's still not working for me. o_o

Is there a point when the boards become immovable, even though the icon still appears? I started a new game, and they moved aside easily.

Hmm, I don't think so, they always moved for me even when I want back awhile later. I suppose that particular game just glitched, since it started working after you started a new game.
