My copy just won't start

My copy of this game just won't start. DWTEC.exe pops up, sits there for a minute, freezes, and then tells my computer that It needs to close. What should I do?

It sounds like a grafik problem. Can you tell us your PC configuration?

I assume you mean the resolution and graphics card. Res: 1366x768 Card: AMD C-70

Is this a notebook? A AMD C-70 isn't realy a graphic card, it is a cpu that assume graphic work. When in your PC isn't another graphic card, than this isn't enough for this game.

Sorry for the bad news....i have the same problem after purchase the Civ 5 DLC Brave New World.
