HELP!

I need help with the level after river with the cybermen in the office. The lift is being crazy! I can't get up! (Not in the office but after)

Basicly just turn low what ever is using more graphics power from the graphics card sutch as the dynamic shaders.Turn most of the graphical lucturies to low and turn fullscreen off.If the problem goes away then change whatever you put low to medium and if you want you can put it back in fullscreen.
