Windows 8.1 not starting up? This is how I fixed.

Greetings fellow gamers


I was having issues after reinstalling Rearmed on a new 8.1 machine, tried the compatibility thing and nothing worked, I noticed that the game was crashing because of the file

"SteamApps\common\Bionic Commando Rearmed\data\settings\renderer_settings.xml"


How did i fixed it? Well I simple deleted the renderer_settings.xml and started the game again, and it worked just fine for me.
