Those 66% discount coupons? Is it usable for any games?

No.. its for FE.

Its a beta program they are testing. Like a roaming version of the dailly deal. Along with some other stuff like "trading cards".

I just got one of the 66% coupons for this game by crafting a badge. ... via the trading cards thing.

Some of the Valve games are now giving item drops of trading cards. You use them to craft stuff. Some of the crafting generates coupons.

I didn't know that they generate coupons for other games. Interesting.
