Within my around 7hours gameplay, I don't have any connect issues or serious bug problems. It's just that I don't think there will be many players in coop. Game's graphic, music, combat system are acceptable, but missions are monotonous, mostly just make u run a long way to get something, and kill some zombies on the road.
Although I think it's better than dead island 1, in which I spent most of my time down in the sewer, Dead Rising is far more interesting than this game.

I'm not going to buy it, what about you?

This game don't need a second playthrough, I think a weekend is just right for most players.

I bought it, as the first one was really poorly polished, but fun enough with 2-3 players. Thank god I didn't pay full price for this POS. Enemies are horribly unbalanced, and the game is actually very frustrating due to dying every 3 mins or so. Don't get me started on the Boat system, what a joke.. This game makes me think of a side project that Game-Dev Intern/Students would of created as a 2nd year assignment, not an actualy release-title... STAY AWAY PEOPLE

No because its the first person view diablo;3 Fun for first 8th hours bot then game can give you nothing more.And death from throwers when you got full hp can be frustrating.Also i heeared its the same as the 1st Dead Island.Atleast i played it for free and it was fun enough but bored fast.

Not buying, but.. I do like the co-op gameplay and the fact that it's not just people running side-by-side, that you actually support one another with Fury buffs and such, and that each character's talents contribute. I'd call it an enjoyable romp, tho I did find a few things annoying.

You can store stuff with Henry (iirc), but you can't leave cash in camp so you don't lose it when/if you die (correct me if I'm wrong). And what's the incentive to leave stuff with Henry anyway.. you have almost unlimited space for non-weapon stuff, it never gets lost or destroyed and if it's not on you, you can't use it at a workbench.

It's a bit unbelievable how quickly a crowbar deteriorates when you smack zombies with it, but a wooden weapon modded with electrical damage (losing durability in the process) lasts almost as long.. as a CROWBAR. (BTW, avoid the electrical mod if you're doing co-op.. the critted mobs twitch for several sec, even after death, and will cause you and your friends damage if you stand too close).

My big complaint is how tough it is to get out of the boat without getting stomped. Apparently water zombies have shark blood cause they're as fast as a motorboat. Have to run in circles enough to run down all the ones following before landing or I get mobbed.

Also, after the quest to find and put together a motorboat, turns out there's boat icons all over the island... wth?

Last issue: Is it just me or is there no way to scroll the map. Got the boat and decided to take the water back to Paradise, but couldn't find it on the map (even zoomed out) till I was more than 3/4 of the way there. What's the point in having a map if it doesn't help you get to your destination?

Had no gameplay issues (stuttering, framerate, etc) as reported by others, but still find just enough annoyance in these things to not be interested in playing beyond the free weekend.

this game is funny only if played with a friend. I dont find it boring; there are many missions, the combat system is different for combos for every character and there are so many projects for awesome unique weapons. I Bought and loved it as first dead island doing all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ secondary missions :).

i test it for free and found it fun but a little buggy. i buy it and then found the riptide helper in sticky post and tweak the fov for my screen(16/10) . tweak all graphic to maximum and remove blur. then i use the tweak for keyboard input and the game is 1000x better now !!

what i found annoying it's that when you go on a place you kill zombie etc ... take object ... you leae that place and come back a little later and all object respawn(so you can take a lot of them and a lot of money) and zombie respawn exactly where they were. it's normal or not ?
i think that when i clear a place and when i come back it will stay like i clear it before. maybe new zombie could appear but not the sam exactly like the 1st time i come. a littl strange !

it's not hard to not die. see a zombie : wait the right time : kick him and aim the head with baseball bat !! lot of blood !! yéééééé !! i love that !!
