Its the last patch i think i have serious performance issues too and that on a really good rig. Ive done it like you, i paused gaming after release for a while and one week ago i started playin and it starts with poor performance. Frame drops in many areas and after 1 hour+ play time on traveling or go into dungeons framerate drops to 20 for 1 minute or more.

All on GTX 680 and AMD FX 8350

No problem on x4 965 / 2x 6870s, it's actually running really well.
