[solved] DI:R is stuttering

Hi everyone,
after playing DI part one I got Riptide.
I saw that the system specs are the same so I started the game for the first time and was really disappointed. The game is kinda slow and stuttering. It feels like my mouse/keyboard don't have enough power or as if I'm playing an early access of the game. I tried different graphics settings, the DI helper plugin, checked the downloaded files, reinstalled the nvidia drivers, restarted several times etc.... but nothing really helps. Does somebody else have this issue? It's a pain in the neck!

SORRY NO, NORMALLY IF YOU HAVE A HIGH END COMPUTER YOU SHGOULD NOT HAVE ANYT PRFOBLEM, IT SHOULD PLAY LIKE THE FIRST GAME, UNLESS YOU HAVE USED ONE OF THOSE LAME EDITORS TO HACK THE GAME THEN THAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM

Thanks for the answer that....doesnt help at all. My PC is not high end but DI 1 worked perfectly with medium-high specs. As far as DI 2 hast the same requirements I assume that the same computer should be able to manage the game (at least with low settings).
The DI 2 helper is announced here in the forums, even pinned on the top page. I tried that out after nothing else helped. So the problem was already there, before starting the helper. it can be found here:

Just update your video driver, it really helps ;)
I've did it to, now I turn the game at maximum settings :)

thanks I already tried that but it didnt help. I even installed the newest nvidia beta drivers but it still won't work good. I didnt notice any difference with the new drivers.

Just found the reason!
If has to do with the filter keys and the keyboard input.

Doesnt work for all set ups. I still have major stutter whether using that tool or not.
Perfectly smooth with xbox controller, feels like 60fps
Horrible with mouse and kb. feels like loosing fps all time moving.

The problem concerns the keyboard. It seems that this problem wont appear using a controller. check the link i posted. there is a description on how to fix the keyboard-problem. actually pretty easy to resolve but also weird that techland couldnt fix this with an update.
