There has been a rare issue where the server browser keeps saying that the join failed.
If this happens, simply restart the game and it should be fixed.


Another issue we have noticed is that sometimes upon server restart it will not give you
the character select screen. If this happens, Alt+Tab out of the game, and start it back
up.


If you have issues finding any servers at all, and your searches keep timing out after a
number of refreshes, then follow the instructions on this page:
