EARH could be HEAR or HARE. You have to either accept both answers or dump all combinations that have more than one answer. (HERA is a proper name, but there is also that problem.)

is this achievement just a random encounter? I've been trying to look up how to get it but it's not giving me anything. I figured it'll automatically unlock once I get all the other achievements but apparently not.
