Game crash in chapter 4

My game crashes every time I try to walk into the front of the crypt at the beginning of chapter 4. I've tried verifying the local files and reinstalling the game and the problem persists. Can anybody help me?

I tried using the 2 folders from the 1.03 patch as suggested in another thread and the crash still occurs.
