Great game!
This game was very fun! Its like a modern day metal slug. If the developers made a Metroidvania-style game using this engine, It would sell tons! =)

It's a flash game, there are thousands of flash games. Usually they are free and the creators hope for ad click revenue on the pages which they are hosted.
