CTF and Survival mods don't work

After the megapatch was released, these two multplayer mods don't work. I tied so many times to create a game, clicked the 'play game' and nothing happened. And when I try to remove the maps from the maplist, it do nothing.

Everyone has the same problems after the megapatch?

Ouch my fault, it will be fixed in the next patch, but I have for You temporary workaround;)
Add at least one map to team deathmatch map cycle then try to start CTF or SV mode.

how do i run the editor to make maps? doesn't seem to be in game folder.

Painkiller Hell & Damnation Development Kit should be selectable in the tools section of the Steam library. Sometimes a Steam restart is required that it works.
