HMH.exe has stopped working. Game doesn't even start.

Well i'm another one having this problem. I have windows 7 64bit, i got the latest c++ blabla, and steam isn't running in compatibility mode.. so what I'm supposed to do ? :(
Actually there were just one time I made it start and it was following this

but since I don't have the file to delete I didn't do anything ....and then the started! But only onence then no more :(
Some ideas?

Same has been happening to me, think it is a problem affecting most people tbh. Maybe they will release a fix
