Crash report
If you get a crash you can report it using this form[play-gearup.com].
This is the preferred way to report a crash as it goes directly to the programmers mailboxes.

Steam Community Discussions
We are active and try to answer questions - and feel free to post suggestions. When posting about a bug, crash or similar - always include what operating system you are using.

Mail
We are also available on e-mail. Send a mail to [e-mail] and we will try to get back as soon as possible.

A couple of important notes:

• Windows XP is not supported.
  
• You need a graphics card that supports DirectX 11. This should only a problem with older graphics cards.
  
• Gear Up is in beta and in active development. It means crashes occur and features may be missing or incomplete. In rare cases progress can be lost.
  
• Always include your operating system in tech related posts.
