Heavy Lagg Bug?

Hi there. Im always in a game. The Castle of my enemy is down to 0HP allot of Troops around it!!!! But it wont get down! So noone wants to Surrender. I made some screenshots and hope i can get my points back by choosing surrender! Made some pics where his castle should be down and i get still HP left.
