In the compatibility mode tab, did you try checking the option to disable display scaling on high DPI settings? (if in the same place in WIn 10)
If you check your graphics driver's 3D settings, are there any stretching or scaling options, or anything else that might help if you enable/disable, or reset to default? (right click an open area of the desktop to start the nvidia Control Panel or ATI Catalyst Control Center).
Maybe WineD3D does something differently than Direct3D that could help?
Windows 8 slow graphics problem fixed using WineD3D[www.gog.com]
I tried the Win8 patches, tried disconnecting one monitor, tried the other 3d settings, tried compatibility modes.
Will try the scaling dpi settings as well - only tried setting it to Win7 and Win8.
Using a Nvidia 780ti - I can check later for the scaling options on nvidia control panel, but it'll be on default settings. I dont ever go into those screens.
