Is it possible to make a deck with any cards?

ok so im playing the game but i have no idea how to make a "custom deck" with the cards i actually want. Sealed play is just random crap cards. Is there any way to actually make a deck with all the cards to choose from?

No. The most resemble to that it's the sealed game. But if you want that kind of game I recomend you the Magic Online game.

Forget what he said! MtGO is unplayable old, has no AI, you need Framework 4 (2GB) for it and it is very expensive, because it has the original card prices afaik. WotC has not really provided a possibility to play Magic online. If you want play it, you have to play with real cards, which is not so expensive, because you can get cards cheaper via Ebay and so on. But finally it will be also expensive, because you have to travel sometimes around the world... Magic is more a game for millionaires, and if you are not so rich, you can only play this retarded DotP, but I recommend you not to invest at all in Magic. There are serious developers, that can provide you with serious and very well made games...

Well millionaires is kind of an exaggeration, but MTGO probably is the most expensive online game ever to try and stay competitive in. The open beta was great fun though :)
