chao from one game to another?

is it possable to take the chao data from my SA2 (sonic adventure 2) and transfer them to SADX Sonic adventure DX)? or the other way around? there are chao only avalable in SADX that i would like in my SA2 how would i go about doing this?

i think yo can do something like that with the chao editor,but i have never tried it

Using hack tools available, I know it's possible, seeing as I've done it with my Xbox 360.
Other than that, there isn't an official method.

there is a chao editor called fusion chao editor, you can use it to save chao data onto your computer that can be transferred from one game to another
