Game crashes before even start

Hello. I got a problem with the game. I can't play it anymore because it doesn't start. When i start the game a window pops up for a moment then disappear. The window says "preparation for start in progress" or something like that (i play the game in Italian language so I don't know the exact translation". In the file log i found this:

I'll give you the only advice I've ever gotten. Verify game cache

Try also deleting (after backing up) your save file: http://www.ftlgame.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1892

And making sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

Did anything happen before it stopped working? Update, computer crash? And that file was stderr.txt? There should be one called stdout.txt, too, you should check if it says anything interesting (especially how far it gets before cutting off).

Guys i cant play it anymore either. pops the msg "the application has requested the runtime to terminate it in a unusual way" In the box top Microsoft Visual C ++
