Don't ever pay for items in C9

Recently, out of frustration for the very limited inventory space given in this game, and after trying to get W Coins for free, which didn't quite work out either, I decided I'd buy some.

I did, and made a mistake. I bought the 'cash warehouse', figured it was a normal warehouse you could use if you just bought it with cash. It turns out it wasn't. It was a warehouse exclusive for cash items. And that was NOT what I wanted. So I asked them to remove the cash warehouse from me and give me the W Coins back. And what do they tell me? That sales are final. I'm not saying I didn't make a mistake, though the description of the item isn't totally clear. But I wasn't asking for free stuff. I just wanted the W Coins back and the item removed, because I made a mistake. But they wouldn't listen.

So, long story short, if you ever come across any cash related problems, you won't be able to get any decent assistance from this company. DON'T EVER PAY FOR ITEMS IN C9.

I bought the Cash Item cash warehouse by mistake. I thought that it was a normal warehouse. Is there any way you can remove it from me and give me the W Coins back?

Their answer:

Thank you for sending the C9 Support Team your issue. We understand that you want compensation for the Cash Warehouse Key which lacks description and is misleading and we are sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately we are unable to grant you that request as any transaction is final and non-refundable. We hope you understand. If you have other concerns don't hesitate to contact us again.

Conclusion:

So, if the item lacks description and is misleading, I can only assume, if you are not willing to forgive such a mistake (especially to someone who's supported the game), you are acting in bad faith.

Ergo, DON'T EVER SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS GAME.

In fact, you should consider playing something else.

When posting this very topic in their forums, it was removed 3 times, renamed and then marked closed.

Yeah GM`s and Admins in this game are very unsupportive, all those spammers and then they can`t even grant a Support for those people who pay for the game...

The game itself isn't the problem, just the absurd lack of inventory/warehouse space, which inclines me to say they limit it to get people to pay.
The thing that got me real pissed off was that they denied to do something real simple, even after I was actually supporting the game...

1. The mix-up was never between warehouse inventory or inventory.
2. I never said I didn't make a mistake. I did, however, complain about the strictness in fixing up something which was mistaken.

its a free game. as long as ya leave money out of it, i have not prob. Yea sure I got like no inventory space and not warehouse space, but whatever, free game, what am I gonna do. OTHER than than its a fair game (again, considering its FREE).

Can't say I don't agree. Probably should have been a bit on the cheaper side, lol. Sometimes it just happens, I guess.

Its your fault for not checking properly, I have blamed myself countless time for selecting the wrong things to sell, such as acidentally destroying a unique item. But you can't blame Webzen for their strict policy when its your fault for not checking twice before you buy an item

Again, I never said it wasn't my fault. Still, it wouldn't hurt them, especially after recognizing the item has a misleading description, to actually not be so strict on this case.

This game is not bad you just made a bad descion. This game is actualy better than any Nexon game. I quit Vindictus AND Dragon Nest (both Nexon Games) for this. Shure the Inv space is small but you have the warehouse to store stuff in

If you decide to ever spend money again on an item and second guess buying then go to support and tell them you're thinking about making a purchase, but because the description isn't clear that you're not sure. I suggest everybody does this. I'm sure if they get loads of support about items in shop because lack of descriptions they'll change the descriptions.
