the game hasnt been shut down, but it seems to be dying a slow death, only 2 pages of posts, and i think 10 nations are left. argos i think is most populated but I play thebes. havent seen many new players, honestly. IM mounts and clothes now have OP stats, atlas prices skyrocketed, and things cost billions of gold

Yea the game is pretty much dead, nexon really killed it with the mounts being retarded and the drop rates going to ♥♥♥♥, also atlas is used for anything and everything now and there are rarely atlas sales. Game has been killed off. :/

lol this game was dead three years ago the last time I signed in I started this game shortly after North American launch long before I knew even what steam was lol. I went through iggy (I believe it was launched by iggy...) then it was taken over by Ndoors. The last time I logged on it was a Nexxon game and I didnt recognise anything was max level anymore by about 30 levels Lost my ndoors account and was promptly told by NEXXON that they couldnt find it. Then 24 hours later Nexxon support said they had found it. It had been hacked and now I needed to pay back 800 million gold to get it back LOL. The finger went up as I uninstalled and said good bye!

i played this ages ago back when the graphics looked fantasic. the premise of the game is great, make a formation of "heroes" with yourself being the overly powerful class and character, when you die the battle is lost.

problem was, they intruduced a mobile game style stamina system, so you can only fight so much (without paying ofc) and pvp is sort of forced as a way to get back stamina, but the pvp is super boring, most people were afk, and those who were not, were usually employing cheap tricks, like three rows of archers and just gun your hero down without dealing with the standard characters.

also it doesnt take very long to want to pay for an auto battle scroll in the cash shop, eventually the game mechanics, and how much you need to grind, gets old very quick.

definately a different game, worth a play, dont get too into it, and dont pay for anything until you knoww you want to stay. Games like this were built to be very addictive and fun early on, showcasing its negative aspects once you get in deep and have spent a lot. Around level 70-75 if i can recall was the wall of unfun, combat gets boring by then

The game is not dead.
Euro server has better prices (atlas, IM items, equips) than NA but less players. Auto-battle, auto-search are in the market for fixed price in Euro server but not in NA. Support from my experience is better in Euro than NA.
If you are patient you can get mount+deco+suit from events that exist through the year.
There is no stamina system anymore, there is plenty of ways of doing money without cashop. I'm a casual player, I don't play everyday and in 1y in Euro server I got to lv 161 (I quit the NA when the lv 160 cap was still in place).
Max lv is 170, yes it takes a bit to get there, depends how much you play per day. It is very easy nowdays to get to lv 130 with the bonus weekend events. The stamina system was removed long ago, most of reviews of this game are made by players that never got to lv 120 so don't take their word on it. Join a good guild and they will teach you the ropes and how to do money without resorting to IM. If you decide to join Euro on BloodMoon server (English+Germ) pm Audacity, Sanctuary guild. If I am not on just apply, we are pretty active bunch of international players.*~
