though, that said, windows 10 is seriously a problem... but no worries, it will take a month or two anyway generally to fix all the launch bugs windows always tends to have.
Win7 is still being supported till 2020, which is plenty of time lay plans for switching to a linux based system and let Microsoft's OS department die once and for all after all the inevitable bugs and fallout over Win10 drives everyone away.
Until an update to the games are rolled out by Nexon people have been doing a rather messy work-around by launching another Nexon game first (like MapleStory, as that's likely the least resource intensive), and waiting for that to not load, than load the game they want to play after.
and for those searching for the "work around" to get mabi to work on WIN10 is to run vindictus to its login page (dont login) then just minimize it and run mabi.
EDIT:
I dont think you actually have to keep vindictus open even, i just closed it while in mabi (playing on character) and my mabi is still running fine.
Vindictus is actually the second mabinogi game, it has similar story and items, vastly different combat.
