cant start combat arms from desktop or website

every time I try to start combat arms for my desk top or website the game will not load up the hack sheld does not go up I looked at my firewall to see if it was blocking it and it was not. I also reinstalled the game 4 times I am running windows 8 IOS 64x bit and the game was running good but after the bug fix on 11/16/12 the game does not work for me will not load at all tried to reinstall but that does not help keeps on doing the same thing so if you guys or the support team can email me back at [e-mail] on how to fix this problem i would be very much happy
