NEED HELP QUICK Please Help: Failed to launch Game (unknown error)

Ok, so when i try to launch the game after the recent update all that happens is it says: "failed to launch game (unknown error) and i have tried everything on he link it gives me but nothing has helped i downloaded it from the website but it says my account doesnt exist what do i do to fix it so i can just go back to playing it through steam again?! Please Help

I have not gotten it to work yet so far i have tried pretty much everything i can't make them all off from the top of my head but some of them was re installing it, deleting my appcache and thats all i can think of at the moment but when it happens there is a link and i have gone to the link and i have googled it and i have tried everything i have found

generally CA has alot of bugs when an update is released wait a few days if that doesnt work go to Nexon Combat arms support and see if there was a bug with the update, if that doesnt work reinstall the game.

Same problem here.
one place i looked at online said try running the .exe file as administrator
I couldn't get it to work but hopfully it works for you

Yeah i tried that but it didnt work for me either :/

the number was 2001 and sometimes it has a dirrfent number

i know, i did the same but when i try to log into my account it says it doesn't exist so i got to use steam or start all over and I'd rather not but oh well im getting a new computer for christmas and i can wait like 3 weeks, so maybe that will fix it

I'm not familar with error code 2001 and it's not listed as a Combat Arms error code. Can you post the other numbers that sometimes come up? Those might help figure it out.

However in the meantime you can check the cache to make sure there isn't any corrupt files. Then try running the game from the directory. It should be named "CombatArms" or "CombatArm.exe" and have the Combat Arms logo on it.
