"Unknown error" upon start up of Combat arms

when i try to turn on the game a steam message pops up saying
"failed to start game(unknown error)"
WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!!!
please help

I found a solution to the problem at last

I uninstalled the game and downloaded it from the Combat Arms website

when you did that did your nexon acount ork because i did that but it said my profile was invalid

no it was completly fine i was able to play it with no problems
if it deleted your account i suggest you simply make a new one
