Hi,

Am looking for a game similar to the X series or freelancer, is this it? is it worth it?

I would say YES and NO, YES cus I kinda got sucked into it and you can do freelance missions, trade, fight, whatever you like.
No, because... it feels short and there is no knowing if we ever get the DLC packs for PC, which will add more gameplay. If they add the DLC I would give it an 8 out of 10 for me, for now I give it a 6 to 7 because of the gamelength

But if you buy it, the chance will be higher to get the DLCs, because they dpend on how good it sells :D

yes the story itself is short, the freelance missions etc are infinite

good game...but with the dlc (what is only coming when the game sells good) its mutch better

I've played both freelancer and the X series, and would say that this beats them both, in my opinion. the X series took too long for me to get into, may have contributed, and freelancer had a great interface, but was simply too old a space sim for me to get interested in. i liked the flying in freelancer better though. if you liked either of those, you will probably love this game! especially when(if) the add-ons come out.

I'd like a 'Partial HD' version rather than a 'Full HD' version. Heck, I'll even go part way and accept a 'Regular HD' version. Now if I only knew what Full HD meant, compared to regular old fashioned HD, then I might be impressed enough to spend a few clams.

Full HD mean every part is High Definition, Partial HD would mean only stations and Ships are HD, but other less important stuff like background would be only normal definition, I would guess ;)

Absolutly must have game i ever have seen B4 pitty that they didn't release the Valkyrie DLC yet ! Implaying this now on my IPad 3 with the Addon in it :) But i wanna do this gam also on my PC !
