For those that get unhandled exception blabla

so its known the game crashes when asigning custom gamepad, you get that unhandled exception trapped.......; i fixed it by selecting xbox controller default in options and then using x360ce; works fine, no crashes at all with my crap 10$ genius gamepad :)

edit and if you still are unlucky and get the error, there is a file inside the game's folder which is created when you get the error called mwldumpsessionfnl.dmp.txt ; deleted and start the game, it will work :)

I got this error and fixed it by checking that "Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant" Service is started and running ..
