Probably... however, there are private servers being created for LEGO Universe. Those are not yet released, but you guys might want to get an alpha key for one of those servers.

I took a look at the post on the discussion here and I saw those private servers you mentioned.
But still you cant ignore the fact that you have a private server with a low playerbase.

I had a funny backstory with this game, I never actually played it but I remember when I was young that I wanted that game and I couldn't get it, so it ended up on my wishlist on steam.

The day I added it to my wishlist was on October 2010.

Eventually, LEGO will release a similar concept to this game, maybe yes maybe no, but a fan can always dream.
