Cant Unlock one Tutorial despite completing the game.

Its the tutorial on how to slide and trip foes. How do I unlock this?

I did get trouble underfoot already and that appears to be the only achievement related to sliding and tripping.

I had the problem. Replaying one of the levels that unlocked that specific tutorial fixed it for me.

I haven't been able to get the Exploding Fist tutorial, what level do I have to re-do to unlock it? Do I have to unlock all the pages on that level?

@Heavenly Knight Granberia, thank you for the tip. I re-completed Dream 4: Chapter 2 but it's still not unlocked. I defeated all the enemies and got all the pages on that level and that didn't do the trick either.

EDIT: I got the final tutorial after completing Dream 3: Chapter 3 and getting all the pages and killing every enemy. Not sure what triggered it.
