Is any character other than Yggdra and Milanor mandatory in later stages? Is any of those characters necessary to collect items later on? Should I keep them at at least certain level by late game?...

First off, I beat this game many times over the years front to back and then some without cheats. Just want to have some more fun with this game. I can do some basic stuff, but I cannot seem to find the value for where cards are stored in so I can access them. Honestly, can see quite some fun from this. Another thing is, two characters are not playable entirely as far as I can tell. When you direct it to access specifically Marietta and No.367, these two characters will cause the game to not work.
