in the first level, there's the RC car thing. when i control it, the car doesn't move? does anyone else have this issue?

Hey. I'm kind of new to Steam, and am wondering if LEGO Batman on here is worth it. I've heard that this game has many glitches and bugs, like how you can't climb latters, or how it's physically impossible to get passed the Mad Hatter level. I have many good memories of playing this game on my old XBOX 360, and really want to relive them. I have watched videos of Batman following Robin in a certain scene in Under The City, but when I get Robin to walk across the second metallic strip Batman just does not follow. Is this a fault within the game?

I've been trying to fix the 2 second freeze bug but nothing works (disabling antivirus scan, background programs and it won't let me put the game in vertical sync mode

When I boot up the game and press New Game and go into 1-1 it allows me to play for about 5-10 minutes and then it freezes and 1 minute later crashes. This has happened about 4 times in a row and I don't know what to do. If you have has these same issues please let me know if there are ways to fix it or anything I can do....
