Dropship hangar docks...
How exactly do they work? Are they worth it?

Place the docks on a ceiling with a good amount of space below it and move a craft under it. set the your craft AI to "stay". It'll lock it in place below the dock until you change the AI again.

If you can think of a use for it, it's worth it. Off of the top of my head, you could use them to reload bombs into a craft, or have an indoor dropship tunnel system, for easy troop redeployment without your craft getting shot up.
