PS4: can you use a PS4 controller on Cortex Command and if so how?

It works but im having an issue where the controller is inputting left even though its in the middle

did you simply plug yours in?
Becuase my won't work at all

yeah, although this is on a mac. You plug it in, then go to options and change player 1 input to one of the three selections. The game doesn't automatically detect it
