Logitech joystick and custom controls

I just received my Logitech joystick, but the game doesn't seem to honor any of the controls I set for it. It handles fine, but I don't like any of the default button settings, in fact many of the buttons seem to be mapped to multiple actions (Button 5 = transform and EMP? wtf?)

When I change the controls in the options menu it recognizes every button and even says [Logitech 3D] next to each one I set. But when I return to the game none of the controls have changed. I've tried resetting the game several times.

Anyone else having this issue?

Did you change the input mode? Look for "Switch Controller".

Cool, yea that was the problem, I was set to Game Pad / Joystick, I needed Keyboard / Joystick. :D
