How do you convince yourself to get the Abusive Jerk achievement?

I know rationally it's just a bunch of lines on a screen, but I can't justify treating *Hyun-ae cruelly. How did you all do it?

I got it by mistake by messing around with on the command line along with the Maid one.

I made an oopsie and screwed with the copy command and disables somethings in the power control I should not have done just yet. From there the ship asploded on me.

I didn't get the sequence on time so it gave me the achievment.

I got it on accident as well when the ship blew up. Or maybe it was when I accidently turned off communications. However, much later, I did what you are supposed to do out of curiousity and just said a bunch of stupid comments to her to see what she says. She does give you a few outs first.

So that's how I got it! I panicked and forgot what I was supposed to do to stop the ship from exploding.

Yeah, it's the first achievement I got. Turned off the reactor like a doofus. Viola, abusive jerk!

Rational or not it's a game bro...not life. In life there's NO WAY you can "100%" everything, aka being an olympic swimmer and renowned recording artist AND cure cancer AND stop world hunger AND etc., etc. This is a game, suck it up to get the 100% or do what feels right for you and never be mean to Hyun-ae! Either you care more about getting the 100% or you'll care more about being nice to an AI, neither is a wrong choice because it's not that hard to know what side you learn towards lol

I also got it through accidentally shutting off communications during the reactor sequence. As long as you shut off communications (turning off main computer, disabling reactor when there isn't enough power to do so, etc., whether you're in the reactor sequence or not) from the console, you should get the cheevo for it. You can also be mean to Hyun-ae, but a lot of people are going to get this on accident, I bet.

If you make the ship explode, you get the 'priorities' achievement. Well, I don't know what happens if you let the timer run down to 0. But all the failed communications options don't give you a credits roll with the 'you must have died' ending. It's assumed you left the ship without downloading files (whether it explodes or not). You get no ending and are simply returned to tiltle.

I simply wanted her to shut up about her life story and give me access to *Mute. Being nice to her was secondary to gaining access to all of the ship's systems. When she asked that much, I was honest. No hard feeling on her part, actually. She's the kind of girl who's used to being a pawn in people's plots. I'm the kind of guy who's used to asking for information and getting paid for getting it.

For me, very easily. I think that's one of the first ones I tried to get..but somehow failed even though she got angry and refused to let me access the computer again.

It's been a while but I think if you just tell her off in your first few interactions you'll get it.

Well I left the timer go through once and ended up getting booted to the title screen. I assumed it was more along the lines that "BOOM! YOU DIED!"

Well I havn't goten the achivment yet, but when I go for it, all I'll have to do is remember Day 3.

I really hated to do, even if she is only a game character. But as long I aim for max % of achivements and I desided to go for it, and got the achivement as first with a superspeed gameplay. After that I started to play for real.

I just got it after my first playthrough ._.
Told her I just wanted the admin-password and downloaded all the files by the first chance. I was thinking I'd have a chance of being nice to her again after that.
Hate me for that I did so. Never treated Hyun-ae bad after this first and single time. And, hey, this way I got the achievement before building up such a deep connection to the game and its AIs, so I'm kinda happy I didn't had to do this after falling in love with this game so much.

But, well, I still have to get this "Failure to prioritize"-achievement. That's gonna be difficult for me.
