Animation lag

When i load a game in HA it always lags for 1 second during the animations. As i remember, this happened back in the days i firstly played this game, 2,5 years ago. Since then i reinstalled my Windows OS a few times, and the hardware is nice too, so the problem must be the game itself.

Do you people have this animation lag too?

Will it ever be fixed?

I don't expirence any lag like that on my PC, but at times on my iPhone there may be a delay like you explain. It's fixed after I quickly shut the app down and restart it.
