Steam sells you the game.
This has been discussed over and over, and over ....
Steam cannot do anything. At all.

I even reported No Vac FTW. Trying to get his account suspended, or his forum posting priviliges removed. Anything.
That guy takes pride in cheating, and tries to bait people in every single thread.
Not even on him steam will do anything, and he's a 100% confirmed hacker. His own screenshots prove it, and you can't upload anything else on your account, except the own screenshots you take in game.
I tought for the baiting and the promoting of cheating, atleast for that they would take a stand. But nothing.

So don't expect IW to do anything.
Who knows, maybe one day a company will rise who gives us back pc gaming. Like back in the good old Quake days.
One can dream.
